FINDS RADAR REFLECTOR
Raymond Long Showed One Here Saturday Like One Pictured in Times
Raymond Long didn't think of it as a "flying saucer", but he did find a radar reflector recently just like the one that was pictured in Wednesday morning's Kansas City Times.
Long displayed the box-like structure here last Saturday to a number of people on the square.
It is covered with tin foil and is used by the army air base weather units which attach it to balloons and sent it aloft to determine the direction of velocity of wind currents at high altitudes.
